Formal education tends to restrain our minds and spirits rather than set them free

Many people around the world believe formal education is very important for human’s life as it helps to nurture one’s altitude and aptitude toward success and prosperity. Due to this reason, many parents around the world try so hard in order to support their next of kin to perceive proper probation. It is very hard for one to be successful without formal education, especially in this contemporary era, because of the stiff competition in the outside world. Formal discipline requires an immense effort from students and as a consequence, not many students are fond of studying since human beings are pain avoidance. Because of the hardship pertaining to the procurement of formal discipline leads some people to postulate that formal education tends to restrain their minds and spirits rather than set them free. Personally, I disagree with this assertion because I believe people need formal education in order to foster their minds and spirits.
To begin with, those who perceive formal education usually can contemplate more critically than those who did not come across with formal education. In this way, students are required to solve many problems back at school and sometimes they have to solve them in a very constrain timeframe.  Through practicing to find solutions to problems, students can augment their ability to think fast and critically. In reality, people seldom meet a lot of problems consecutively as they do at school. Therefore, formal education provides individuals an opportunity to unravel their brains to familiar with many problems simultaneously. Formal education also erects a foundation for individuals to develop their minds and spirits toward a broader perspective. In this respect, students learn many theories and concepts at their respective educational institutions. Upon graduation, they can use these theories and concepts in order to generate new ideas or renovate the existing ones.  Without formal education, ones can hardly magnify their cognizance into a wider perspective because only a minority of those who do not receive formal education can exercise their minds and spirits beyond what normal people do. Those who acquire formal education tend to have more capability and opportunity to exercise their minds and spirits more freely and flexibly than those who do not. As a consequence, formal education confers an opportunity for people to nurture their mindsets in order to create new notions or/and philosophies.
To recapitulate, I believe formal discipline is vital in advancement our minds and spirits rather than vice versa as some people claim. People who receive formal education can think more critically than those who do not since they have come across many problems at school, so they can advance their thoughts logically. Additionally, formal education builds a fundamental for individuals to innovate and/or renovate ideas and concepts/theories into the real world. Without formal education, I deem there would not be many new findings as it do like nowadays. By acquiring formal education, people get a chance to practicing their minds and spirits with those problems at school more frequently and flexibly.
